What kids are thinking while you take their picture...
kid a: can't wait to get outta here and do something mum won't like!
kid b: DON'T! you'll get in truuuble!
kid b: DON'T! you'll get in truuuble!
kid c: i'll never grow up! never grow up! never grow up, not me!
LOL. You captioned this perfectly. Well done :)
ReplyDeleteThose kids must be old. Who wears blazers and ties now?
ReplyDeleteThat is tooooo cute! :)
ReplyDeleteI loved this! It made me laugh out loud, so you know I immediately showed it to kid B.
ReplyDeleteGodessManda clearly does not live in my neck of the woods. I saw this same look recently!
ReplyDeleteLOL kcinnova I was mostly just making fun of the children in the photo. Its my father, aunt, and uncle mid 60's. I too occasionally see children in this outfit but mostly when they got to Catholic school or are coming slash going to church.
ReplyDeleteOMG...Amoeba must be the Middle Child, oui?
ReplyDeletePoor Kid B. Nine years old and already bald.
ReplyDeleteManda, those were church clothes. The photo was probably taken in June 1965?, on the last Sunday school Sunday of the year, when we kids got our attendance badges. Kid B was OK with the monkey suit. Kid A, not so much ...
ReplyDeleteBoy that's a family photo all right! I love it. Brings back lots of memories for me too -- mainly of going to church *dressed up*, and of growing up inside panelled walls ROFL
