Spring Rain, Fall Gold

When spring arrives
I have all kinds of plans,
to make things grow
and then eat them.

When Fall arrives
after harvesting what I grew
I stir the spent growth
back into the earth.

It goes around and around like that,
Fall feeding spring
and all feeding me!

Banana!

  1. Well done my friend and so appropriate :) We had banana trees in our yard for years. They are awesome looking. Ours were the apple banana's. Great photo and wonderful poem :)

  2. That was wonderful. I like the cycle of nature and how it relates to you.
