Carver circa 1990: Atwood Field
Carver’s bicentennial. Part of the celebration included a gigantic flag that had recently flown over Mt. Rushmore. It took over 100 patriotic people to unfurl and display the flag at Atwood Field.
Carver circa 2010: Atwood Field no longer exists.
It was sold to a developer. Now it’s 15 houses.
